Recruitment of UEH personnel – Lecturer (Lecturer)
Standard
Candidates with a PhD degree graduated from the School of the Top 500 Best Universities in the world according to the ranking of QS organization; and meet one of the following criteria:
- Having at least 011 articles published in prestigious international journals2 and 02 articles published in prestigious national journals3 in the 3 years up to the time of application submission;
- Having at least 024 articles published in reputable international journals by the time of application submission;
- Having 10 years of teaching experience at domestic and foreign universities equivalent to UEH.

To be entitled to annual leave, leave according to the regime prescribed by the labor law;
- Insurance
To be paid social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance by UEH in accordance with the law.
Enjoy an annual health insurance package paid by UEH. In addition, if officials and employees have needs, they can register with a health insurance package for their relatives (self-pay).
- Health care
Supported by UEH for periodic general health check-up once a year at reputable medical facilities in the country. For public employees and female employees, they are periodically examined twice a year;
- Training and fostering
Supported by UEH with training and retraining costs to improve qualifications, capacity and professional skills in accordance with the requirements of the job position; to be exempted/reduced from standard hours and scientific research norms for lecturers sent abroad for training/retraining; be rewarded for lecturers who complete the doctoral training program on time or before the deadline and other support when the officer completes the training program.
- Subsidies salary
To be promoted to salary level regularly, raise salary level ahead of time if making excellent performance in work as prescribed by law.
Enjoy additional UEH income based on criteria such as workload, seniority, professional qualifications, performance evaluation results, ensuring a reasonable and fair correlation.
To enjoy allowances according to State regulations such as preferential allowances, seniority allowances, responsibility allowances, fostering regimes…; allowances for lunch, work tools, travel, uniforms with a total payment of 16,000,000 VND/year; for newly recruited lecturers, implementing the probationary regime, they will be entitled to a trainee lecturer allowance of VND 9,600,000/year.

Enjoy 14 welfare rates on holidays and Tet, equivalent to 21,000,000 VND/year (according to the current Internal Expenditure Regulations of UEH). actual operation of the School;
